L.E.A.N is a free training program to improve business by increasing efficiency through introducing lean management principles and building a more cohesive workforce. which would be run from July to December 2014.

On 22 August 2013, the Fair Work Commission (FWC) handed down a decision with significant changes to an apprentice’s term and conditions of employment
VECCI invites you to join one of several briefings across Victoria, including webinars which will discuss the key implications for businesses following this decision.
This briefing will provide an essential overview of the changes affecting businesses employing apprentices commencing on or after 1 January 2014. VECCI members can register for only $50 and non members for $75.

On Monday 7th October we had some valuable training on the benefits of Facebook use for businesses. It was hosted by John Watson from the ARCC and the course was presented by Rachel Kinscher, Director of Visionary Group.
It was based on how to create a Facebook page, how to promote your business, interact and engage and how to get the most out of being creative and active on this social forum.
This is certainly the way most businesses add the extra dimension to marketing and reaching a much wider client base out there.
